Returns and Exchanges
All items to be exchanged must be returned in new/unused condition with
in 14 business days of receiving them.
Wigs can be exchanged for color only. As per health codes: Wigs may not
be removed from packages or nettings. Any wig received in this condition
can not be exchanged and customer will be responsible for the cost of the
wig and any re-shipping charges if they want the item back.
Shoes may returned for size ONLY. Please try your shoes on a clean
surface. Any shoe that appears to be used can not be exchanged.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item reaches you damaged, DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING. A
claim must be filed on your end if it was shipped Priority Mail. Please
contact us and we will provide proof of the purchase and cost of your item
for your claim.
We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package leaves the
store. This lies solely with the carrier. If an item is lost, we will file a claim
and refund you for the shipping and the item once the claim is settled. We
will not refund you for shipping costs if an items arrives late due to the
carrier. All Priority Mail labels have a number that can be entered at
www.usps.com and will be provided upon request. UPS tracking numbers
are provided to those using this method once the item has shipped. For
