By submitting your order you AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS BELOW

We DO NOT accept returns on wigs for any reason. Exchanges may be made for color with in 10 days of receipt of your wig (sale wigs can not be exchanged) and you must email us first before you send it back for exchange. Wig being exchanged must have all original packaging. No exceptions. The cost of the exchange is the buyers responsibility, both the shipping to send back and the shipping of the exchange item. We understand it is hard to buy online sometimes and the style or color may not be just right. Exchanges happen quite a bit as people do not read our guidelines in picking colors, order without teachers approval, order the wrong color using another company’s ring, the list goes on. If we had to cover the costs for several exchanges on a monthly basis, that would cost us a lot of money year in and year out. We will send you the exchanged item with a return envelope and postage paid. Returns of other items may be made with 14 days as long as they are returned in new condition with all tags, stickers, etc attached and in their original packaging. We will no longer accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days due to abuse of our policy. 

We are not responsible for customs charges, duties, or taxes imposed by your country of residence. If you refuse the package and it is sent back you will not receive a refund. We are charged by the US Postal Service for refusal and return of each package. If you abandon the package at your local Post and do not pick it up by the date stated by the notice left for you and it gets returned, we will not issue you a refund.
